We can help you getting your rental properties ready to market and find you a tenant, get the lease sign. We will only charge a $500. Service on the first month rent to place a tenant. Tenant’s Placement Service only

Option Two: If you are out of town investors or landlords that doesn’t have the time to find a tenant and showing your rental but like to self-management. You’re in the right place. We can help you with that and charge you 50% first month rent to place a tenant. Once we place a tenant and have them sign the lease. You can take over.
