  • Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?

    A: Unfortunately, no. We only process one complete application at a time.
  • Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    A: We normally have you pay for first month rent and security deposit if it’s unfurnished property. However, please refer to the individual listing information on our website. If pets are allowed at the home and you have pets, additional security deposit will apply.
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    A: Applicant must be 18 years old, legally emancipated or married to a person who is at least 18 years old to fill out a separate application and pay a separate application processing fee.
  • Q: Is the deposit refundable?

    A: Yes. Tenant will be receiving an email regarding Move Out Checklist, Preparing For Move-Out and how to proceed in order for tenant deposit not to be deducted. We are not in the business to keep your deposit.
  • Q: Can the security deposit be broken down into payments?

    A: Unfortunately, no. All deposits have to be paid in full.
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: You can apply on our website or print out your application scan it and email it or drop off to our office.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: You can pay rent on our website, mail in a check, money order or cashier check.
  • Q: Do you accept pets? Are there additional deposits?

    A: It depends on each individual owner if pets are allowed. Please refer to the listing. Yes, the security deposit will be adjusted if there are any pets.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming up and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: Please send us a 30 days notice to vacate in writing.
